SITE’s Quality Assurance program is rooted in industry standard quality controls. We have the ability to test, repair and alter many of our systems and equipment pieces. Additionally, we hold the following certifications:
- CWB Certified;
- ABSA Quality Management System;
- B31.1, B31.3;
- Procedures for Z662;
- ASME Fabrication;
- Steamline; and
- COR Certified.
Quality Management System
At SITE, we know producing outstanding quality provides us the best opportunity for success. We have implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that is modeled around the following principles:
Identification of Process
SITE believes that if a predictable and consistent result is expected, then a process is required. Our process combines documents such as procedure forms, work instructions, flow charts and spreadsheets.
Process Development
SITE utilizes the experience of end users to assist in development. Our development team is responsible for ensuring that each process is both practical and functional.
Implementation & Training
SITE understands that any process cannot be effective unless proper implementation and training is deployed to the end users. We use a combination of training philosophies, such as train the trainer, online training, on-the-job field training and 3rd party training consultants.
Continuous Improvement Cycle (CIC)
SITE continually improves its process development through scheduled management reviews, end user feedback forms and field level audits. We have implemented a Continuous Improvement Cycle (CIC) that performs regular reviews of our QMS to ensure adherence and regular improvement to the existing processes.
Budget Integrity
Budget integrity is vital to our success as a company. Under no circumstances do we understate budget estimates in order to secure work, using change management administration to justify budget escalation. We take pride in ensuring our budgets are true reflections of the estimated cost of all projects.
