Blair McCaffrey - Vice President, SITE Equipment
Blair is responsible for the management of SITE’s assets which includes standardized maintenance practices, increased utilization, and the managing of the entire equipment fleet to ensure assets are acquired/disposed to earn high returns on investment.
Blair started his career at the Tri-City Group in 1997 where he advanced to Operations Manager in 2006 and finally General Manager in 2008. Blair grew up around equipment following in the footsteps of his father, Jerry McCaffrey, who founded Tri-City. He took the main leadership role at SITE Equipment in 2010, and has been instrumental in building the team and processes to standardized equipment management practices. His career has progressed from Tri-City Group to the General Manager role, with a key team backing him up, able to provide guidance and support to help ensure the success of a growing business. He also is very active in some property management and development companies that work throughout Western Canada.
