Blair McCaffrey - Vice President, Pipeline

Blair is responsible for SITE’s largest region, which is primarily focused in serving heavy oil SAGD clients in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Blair is responsible for the coordination of labour and equipment, oversight of projects, oversight of all company safety polices and procedures, and liaison with employees, the project owner, and the project engineer.

Blair started his career at the Tri-City Group in 1997 where he advanced to Operations Manager in 2006 and finally General Manager in 2008.  Blair grew up around equipment following in the footsteps of his father, Jerry McCaffrey, who founded Tri-City.  He took the main leadership role at SITE Equipment in 2010, and has been instrumental in building the team and processes to standardized equipment management practices.  His career has progressed from Tri-City Group to the General Manager role, with a key team backing him up, able to provide guidance and support to help ensure the success of a growing business.  He also is very active in some property management and development companies that work throughout Western Canada.
