Brad Jennings - Chief Financial Officer 

Brad plays a key role in providing leadership and vision in performing financial planning and analysis while identifying risks and opportunities. Brad works directly with the Board, Executive Management, Regional Accounting and Managers as a partner in strategic planning, change management, integration and decision making; as well as being responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals within the banking, legal, accounting and taxation community.             

Brad gained his financial experience by articling at a large international accounting firm before transitioning into Industry where he was previously the VP Finance for a large National Rail Contractor with 13 offices from Coast to Coast before joining SITE.

Brad holds a Chartered Accountant designation and a Bachelor of Management degree.

Todd Anderson – Vice President, Business Development

Todd comes to SITE with over 32 years of oilfield services experience. He started out working hands-on in oil well drilling and pipeline construction for the first 5 years of his career. From there, Todd moved into a sales, marketing  and operations management role in 1985. His career has continued to progress into senior leadership roles, leading business development teams and increasing revenues in a number of highly respected companies.

Todd brings a wealth of business development knowledge and expertise including sales and marketing, brand development and recognition, strategic planning and implementation.

Todd is a past board member of a “Safer Highway 63 and 881” and a current board member of Airdrie District Victim Advocate Services.

Ron Yoneda - Vice President, Safety & Human Resources

Ron is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resource management including employment, labour relations, compensation, workforce planning and development and performance management.

With an education in commerce and a strong business background, Ron brings years of expertise to the team at SITE. Having studied and worked throughout Western Canada he possesses an extensive knowledge of business operations and practices in the areas of human resources. Ron's commitment to providing best in class service is his key to developing and ensuring long term personal and business relationships. Ron is active in the community and currently serves as an executive board member of the Merit Contractors Association of Alberta.

Gail Brosseau - Vice President, Corporate Relations

Gail is responsible for working with and overseeing the planning, organizing and managing efforts to represent SITE in the areas of Sustainability, Strategic Planning, Public and Community Relations and Risk Management.              

Gail gained her financial experience working within the banking community for eight years before moving to the energy services industry. In the past 15+ years she has worked for companies including Denmar (predecessor company to Flint), Imperial Oil, and Horton CBI.

Gail is a Certified General Accountant with a Masters in Business Administration and joined SITE through one of the acquisitions. Prior to becoming SITE's VP, Corporate Relations, Gail had the positions of  VP Finance, Controller at Bear Slashing and  Corporate Controller.

Ken Davies - Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

Ken Davies is a 20 year HSE professional who has worked locally and overseas. Ken is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), a designated Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), and holds diplomas in Environmental Science Technology and Alberta Environmental Source Monitoring. Ken has worked with a variety of organizations worldwide successfully fulfilling the roles of both client and prime contractor representative. He has also managed large teams of safety professionals for direct craft constructors in a union and non-union environment. His experiences in the Middle East have taught him the ability to find common ground on diverse subjects to implement the tools that will affect change within the workplace.

Marc Barrette - Quality Assurance Manager

With more than 20 years of relevant experience, Marc is responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of SITE's quality management system and continuous improvement cycle.  He works with corporate management as well as field operations to promote strong quality-focused culture through all levels of SITE.

Marc has spent the majority of his career working on the owner side in facilities and brings construction management experience from his time at Suncor, Imperial Oil, and Cenovus.

Highly accomplished, Marc is a third class power engineer with a Masters in Electrical Technology from NAIT.  Marc studied instrument Engineering Technology at SAIT and has electrical, and instrument journeyman certificates.  Marc also holds a wide collection of certifications, including his CET with Asset.  Marc is currently working towards his Level 2 welding inspection certification through CWB.

Brad McCaffrey - Estimating Manager

Brad is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of tender packages to the end user. Brad works directly with the operations group to ensure that all proposals are Best In Class and provide stakeholders with a cost certain product that contains a strong focus on safety and quality.   His early beginnings in 1996 as a shop labourer have allowed Brad the opportunity to understand the business at all levels.  Brad’s capability and drive propelled his career into new positions and opportunities in the areas of Project Management and Project Quality Control prior to becoming the Estimating Manager of TCC Group of Companies.

From 2003 to 2006, Brad further developed his skills while he attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where he was enrolled in the Civil Engineering Technology program.  Brad has taken the knowledge and skill sets learned from working with skilled and diverse colleagues at SITE and previously the Tri-City Group, to provide end users with out of the box thinking and value added proposals.
