SITE was contracted in the fall of 2013 to participate in the construction of the Western Alberta Transmission Line (WATL), which is construction of a high-voltage direct-current transmission line with several substation terminals throughout Western Alberta.
SITE’s contribution to this major project included the following:
- Supply and installation of matting
- Installing fencing and gates
- Clearing
- Construction of pipeline crossings and right of ways
